Description

Meh! IT is a long over-due edit for AnimeEyeshime who won my Villian design contest over at ToT. I am so sorry Anime-chan that it took me so long. Well here she is in all of her glory, Sailor Lyra. It was done from an image of Venus in her volleyball uniform. Colored and altered in Photoexplosion. Took about 4 hours.
